Our Story
In 2015, a group of courageous individuals in Uganda, each bearing
the scars of addiction, came together with a shared vision: to turn
their pain
into
purpose
Joined by supporters who had witnessed the devastating effects of
addiction on their loved ones, they founded Focus On Recovery -
Uganda (FORE). What began as a small community with a big dream
has since grown into a beacon of hope for those seeking a way out
of the
darkness.
FORE is more than just a name; it is a symbol of resilience,healing,
and the power of community. We believe that recovery is not a
destination but a journey—one that is best traveled together. Our
mission is to provide a sanctuary where individuals can find the
strength and support they need to rebuild their lives, free from
the grip of
addiction.
